Usama bin Sharik reported,

We were sitting with the Prophet ﷺ as still as if vultures were perched on our heads. Not one of us uttered a word. Then some bedouins came to him and said, "Messenger of Allah, give us a ruling on such-and-such, give us a ruling on such-and-such."He said, "People, Allah has lifted hardship from you, except for a man who slanders his brother's honor. That is the one who falls into sin and ruin."They asked, "Should we seek treatment when ill, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "Yes, for Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down a cure for it, except for one disease."They asked, "What is that, Messenger of Allah?"He said, "Old age."They asked, "And which people are most beloved to Allah, Messenger of Allah?"He said, "The most beloved of people to Allah are those with the best character."
