Abdullah bin Amr bin As reported,
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Indeed, the upright Muslim attains the rank of those who fast constantly and stand in prayer reciting the verses of Allah 
, through the nobility of his nature and the excellence of his character."

Hasanعن عبد الله بن عمرو قال
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: إن المسلم المسدد ليدرك درجة الصوام القوام بآيات الله عز وجل لكرم ضريبته، وحسن خلقه.
Ahmad (7052) narrated it from Ali bin Ishaq, who said, Abdullah told us, Ibn Lahia informed us, Harith bin Yazid informed me, from Ibn Hujayra al-Akbar, from Abdullah bin Amr, who said, and then he mentioned it.Its isnad is hasan because of Ibn Lahia, about whom there is well-known discussion, but the narration of Abdullah bin Mubarak from him is accepted.His saying, "for the nobility of his disposition," means his innate character and nature.
