Uqba bin Amir said, "I clung to the foot of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'Messenger of Allah, teach me Surah Hud and Surah Yusuf.'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, 'Uqba bin Amir, you have not recited any surah more beloved to Allah, nor more effective with Him, than "Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak" [Falaq 113:1].'"
تعلقت بقدم رسول الله ﷺ، فقلت: يا رسول الله، أقرئني سورة هود وسورة يوسف، فقال لي رسول الله ﷺ: يا عقبة بن عامر، إنك لم تقرأ سورة أحب إلى الله، ولا أبلغ عنده من {قل أعوذ برب الفلق}.
Ahmad (17418), Tabarani in al-Kabir (17/312), and Darimi (3482) all narrated it through Abdullah bin Yazid Muqri, who said, Haywa and Ibn Lahia narrated to us, saying, We heard Yazid bin Abu Habib say, Abu Imran narrated to me that he heard Uqba bin Amir, and he related it. Yazid said, Abu Imran never used to leave it out, and he would continue reciting it in the Maghrib prayer.Its chain is sahih. Abu Imran is Aslam bin Yazid Tujibi.
