Uqba bin Amir reported,

Uqba bin Amir said, "I clung to the foot of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'Messenger of Allah, teach me Surah Hud and Surah Yusuf.'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, 'Uqba bin Amir, you have not recited any surah more beloved to Allah, nor more effective with Him, than "Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak" [Falaq 113:1].'"
