Muaz stood and led the night prayer, prolonging it greatly. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Are you causing hardship to people, Muaz? Why did you not recite "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" [Ala 87:1], or "By the morning brightness" [Duha 93:1], or "When the sky is split apart" [Infitar 82:1]?"
قام معاذ، فصلى العشاء الآخرة، فطول، فقال النبي ﷺ: أفتان يا معاذ؟ أين كنت عن{سبح اسم ربك الأعلى} و{والضحى} و{إذا السماء أنفطرت}
Narrated by Nasai in Sunan al-Kubra (11588) from Muhammad bin Qudama, he said, Jareer told us, from Amash, from Muharib bin Dithar, from Jabir, who said, then he related it. Its chain is sahih.It was also narrated by Bukhari in Adab (6106) and Muslim in Salah (465), both through Amr bin Dinar, who said, Jabir bin Abdullah told us, then he related it, and in it appears, "Recite "By the sun and its brightness" and "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High", and recite "By the name of your Lord" and "By the night when it covers"." This is the wording of Muslim, while in Bukhari the wording is, "Recite "By the sun and its brightness" [Shams 91:1] and "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" [Ala 87:1] and the like of them."So there is no mention of "When the sky is split open" [Infitar 82:1] in Bukhari or Muslim. Rather, Muharib bin Dithar alone related it from Jabir in the version found in Nasai, and Muharib bin Dithar is trustworthy, so his addition is accepted.
