Nasai narrated it in Al-Kubra (11574), and Tabarani in Al-Kabir (11/458), and Hakim graded it sahih (2/510), all of them through routes from Abu Awana, from Musa bin Abu Ayesha, from Saeed bin Jubayr, who said, then he mentioned it. Its chain is sahih. Hakim said, "This is a sahih hadith according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs." Haythami said in Al-Majmu (7/132), "Tabarani narrated it, and its narrators are trustworthy."Abdul-Razzaq narrated it in his Tafsir (3417), and Ibn Abu Hatim in his Tafsir (19069), both through the route of Israel, and Ibn Jareer Tabari narrated it in his Tafsir (23/525) through the route of Sufyan Thawri, both of them (Israel and Thawri) from Musa bin Abu Ayesha, who said, I asked Saeed bin Jubayr, then he mentioned it as his own statement in mursal form, without mentioning Ibn Abbas. The ruling belongs to whoever connected it.
