The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would recite in the Fajr prayer on Friday "Alif Lam Mim. The revelation of the Book" [Sajdah 32:1–2] and "Has there come upon man a period of time" [Insan 76:1].
كان رسول الله ﷺ يقرأ في الجمعة في صلاة الفجر: {الم تنزيل} السجدة، و{هل أتى على الإنسان}.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Friday Prayer (891), and Muslim in the Book of Friday Prayer (880), both through Sufyan, from Saad bin Ibrahim, from Abdul-Rahman, who is Ibn Hurmuz, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it. The wording given is Bukhari's, while in Muslim's version it reads, "He used to recite during Fajr on Friday..." and so on to the end of the hadith.
