Yazid bin Babnus reported,
We said to Ayesha, "Umm Muiminin, what was the character of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ like?"She replied, "The character of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the Quran." Then she recited "The believers have indeed succeeded" [Muminun 23:1] until she reached "and those who carefully maintain their prayers" [Muminun 23:9].She said, "This was the character of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

Hasanعن يزيد بن بابنوس قال
قلنا لعائشة: يا أم المؤمنين! كيف كان خلق رسول الله ﷺ؟ قالت: كان خلق رسول الله ﷺ القرآن، فقرأت: {قد أفلح المؤمنون}- حتى انتهت- {والذين هم على صلواتهم يحافظون} قالت: هكذا كان خلق رسول الله ﷺ.
Nasai narrated it in Kubra (11287), and Bukhari narrated it in Adab al-Mufrad (308), both through the route of Jafar (that is, Ibn Sulayman Dubai), from Abu Imran, who said, "Yazid bin Babanus narrated to us," and he then related it.Its isnad is hasan because of Jafar bin Sulayman and Yazid bin Babanus, for both of them render the hadith hasan.His statement "who diligently maintain their prayers" means they persist in performing them at their proper times, for Allah 
said, "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers at specified times" [Nisa 4:103], and performing the prayer at its proper time is among the deeds most beloved to Allah , as stated in the sahih.
