Saeed bin Jubayr reported,

I said to Ibn Abbas, "Surah al-Anfal?"He replied, "It was revealed concerning Badr."

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Bukhari narrated it in the tafsir (4645), from Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahim, who said, Saeed bin Sulayman told us, Hushaym informed us, Abu Bishr informed us, from Saeed bin Jubayr, and he related it.It is also found in Sahihayn, Bukhari (4882) and Muslim (3031), through the route of Hushaym, with the same chain, at greater length, and it will come again in its place.
