Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat (5544) from Muhammad bin Uthman bin Abu Shayba, who said, Jandal bin Waliq narrated to us, who said, Ubaydullah bin Amr narrated to us, from Abdul-Malik bin Umayr, from Abu Burda, from his father, and he related the hadith.Tabarani said, "No one narrated this hadith from Abdul-Malik except Ubaydullah bin Amr, and Jandal bin Waliq narrated it alone."I say, its chain of transmission is hasan, on account of Jandal bin Waliq, for he is truthful.
