I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ supplicating, "O Allah, grant us a good outcome in all our affairs, and protect us from the disgrace of this world and the punishment of the Hereafter."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يدعو اللهم أحسن عاقبتنا في الأمور كلها، وأجرنا من خزي الدنيا وعذاب الآخرة.
Abdullah bin Ahmad related it in his additions to the Musnad (17628), and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (949), both of them via Muhammad bin Ayub bin Maysara bin Hulbus, who said, "I heard my father narrating from Busr bin Artat," and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Muhammad bin Ayub bin Maysara, whose hadith is hasan. A group of narrators related from him, and Abu Hatim said, "He is acceptable, there is no harm in him, though he is not well known." Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators, and he is among the men listed in Tajil Manfaa.His father, Ayub bin Maysara, also has hadith that is hasan. Abu Hatim said, "His hadith is acceptable," and Abu Mishar Dimashqi said, "Ayub bin Hulbus was older than Yunus (meaning his brother) and more learned in jurisprudence. He used to issue rulings on what is lawful and unlawful, and he served as the administrator of the register for Umar bin Abdul-Aziz."See Tarikh Dimashq (10/135), and Tajil Manfaa (1/334–335).
