Ubayy bin Kaab reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said to me, "Shall I teach you something that Jibreel 
taught me?"I replied, "Yes, Messenger of Allah."He ﷺ said, "Say, Allah, forgive me my sins, my deliberate acts and my jests, my serious deeds and my errors. Do not deprive me of the blessing of what You have given me, and do not test me through what You have withheld from me."

Hasanعن أبي بن كعب قال
قال لي النبي ﷺ: ألا أعلمك مما علمني جبريل عليه السلام؟ قلت: بلي يا رسول الله قال ﷺ: قل: اللهم اغفر لي خطاياي وعمدي وهزلي وجدي ولا تحرمني بركة ما أعطيتني، ولا تفتني بما حرمتني.

Abu Yaala narrated it (Matalib 3346), and Tabarani in al-Awsat (Majma Bahrayn 4690), both from the hadith of Shayban bin Farroukh, who said, Salam bin Miskin told us, who said, Ismah Abu Hakima told us, from Abu Uthman Nahdi, from Ubayy bin Kaab, and he related it.Tabarani said, "It is not narrated from Ubayy bin Kaab except through this isnad, Salam narrated it alone."I say, Salam bin Miskin is trustworthy, so his being the sole narrator does not harm the hadith, and the isnad is hasan because of Shayban bin Farroukh, for he is truthful. Ismah Abu Hakima is also hasan al-hadith, for a group of narrators related from him, and Abu Hatim said, "His standing is truthfulness," and Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators.Haythami said in Majma al-Zawaid (10/172), "Tabarani narrated it in al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the sahih, except for Ismah Abu Hakima, and he is trustworthy."
