The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ibrahim made Makkah a sanctuary, and I have made Madinah a sanctuary, the area between its two lava fields. Its thorny trees are not to be cut, and its game is not to be hunted."
قال النبي ﷺ: إن إبراهيم حرم مكة وإني حرمت المدينة ما بين لابتيها لا يقطع عضاها ولا يصاد صيده.
