The Prophet ﷺ heard Abu Musa's recitation and said, "This man has been given one of the melodies of the family of Dawud."
سمع النبي ﷺ قراءة أبي موسى فقال: لقد أوتي هذا من مزامير آل داود.
Nasai (1020, 1021) and Ahmad (24097) both narrated it through various routes from Zuhri, from Urwa, from Ayesha, who related it as mentioned. Its chain of transmission is sahih.
