The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had me ride behind him one day, and he confided to me a matter which I shall never relate to anyone.
أردفني رسول الله ﷺ ذات يوم خلفه، فأسر إلي حديثا لا أحدث به أحدا من الناس.
Muslim narrated it in the Virtues of the Companions (2429), from Shayban bin Farroukh, from Mahdi bin Maymun, from Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abu Yaqub, from Hasan bin Saad, the freedman of Hasan bin Ali, from Abdullah bin Jafar, who said, and then he mentioned it.
