Ibn Abu Mulayka reported,
Ibn Zubayr said to Ibn Jafar 
, "Do you remember when you, I, and Ibn Abbas met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"He replied, "Yes. He let us ride with him and left you behind."

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami
Bukhari narrated it in jihad (3082), and Muslim in the virtues of the companions (2427-65), both through Habib bin Shaheed, from Ibn Abu Mulayka, who said, and then he related it. This is the wording of Bukhari, and the wording of Muslim is similar to it, except for his statement, "Ibn Zubayr said to Ibn Jafar," for in Sahih Muslim it reads, "Abdullah bin Jafar said to Ibn Zubayr."
