The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "While I was sleeping, I dreamt I was in Paradise and heard the sound of someone reciting. I asked, 'Who is this?' They replied, 'This is Haritha bin Numan.' Such is righteousness, such is righteousness, such is righteousness." He was among the most devoted of people in kindness to his mother.
Bukhari related it in Khalq Afal Abbad (386), Nasai in Kubra (8177), and Tabarani in Awsat (4602), all of them through the route of Abu Bakr Abdul-Hameed bin Abu Uways (the brother of Ismail bin Abu Uways), from Sulayman bin Bilal, from Musa bin Uqba and Muhammad bin Abu Atiq, from Ibn Shihab, from Saeed bin Musayab, from Abu Hurairah, who said, and then he related the hadith. Its isnad is sahih.Muhammad bin Shihab Zuhri related this hadith in two ways, once from Saeed bin Musayab, from Abu Hurairah, and once from Amra, from Ayesha, as mentioned earlier, because both routes were related from him by trustworthy narrators, so neither of the two should be used to fault the other.Muhammad bin Abu Atiq is Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abu Atiq Madani. Daraqutni deemed him trustworthy, and Dhuhli said, his hadith is hasan.
