Shuba once narrated this as a marfu hadith, then afterwards did not narrate it as marfu, that he said, "There is to be no shunning beyond three days. Whoever shuns another beyond three days and then dies will enter the Fire."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر قال حدثنا شعبة عن منصور عن أبي حازم يحدث
شعبة رفعه مرة ثم لم يرفعه بعد أنه قال لا هجرة بعد ثلاث أو فوق ثلاث فمن هاجر بعد ثلاث أو فوق ثلاث فمات دخل النار
