The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Injuries caused by livestock carry no liability, wells carry no liability, and mines carry no liability. As for buried treasure, a fifth is due on it."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر قال حدثنا شعبة عن محمد بن زياد قال سمعت
إن رسول الله ﷺ قال العجماء جرحها جبار والبئر جبار والمعدن جبار وفي الركاز الخمس
