The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every son of Adam will decay and be consumed by the earth, except for the tailbone. From it he was created, and from it he will be reassembled."
حدثنا يحيى عن ابن عجلان قال حدثنا أبو الزناد عن الأعرج
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال كل ابن آدم يبلى ويأكله التراب إلا عجب الذنب منه خلق وفيه يركب
Its isnad is sahih. Muslim narrated it in the chapter on Tribulations, "Between the Two Blowings of the Horn," 4/2271 no. 2955, and Nasai in 4/111 no. 2077, in the chapter on Funerals, "The Souls of the Believers," and Malik in the chapter on Funerals, the comprehensive section on funerals, all of them with a similar wording, and Bukhari with a similar meaning, 8/552 (Fath), tafsir, "And the trumpet is blown."9496m - Yahya bin Saeed narrated to us from Jafar bin Maymun, who said, Abu Uthman Nahdi narrated to us from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered him to go out and call out, "There is no prayer without the recitation of the Opening of the Book, and whatever is added to it."Hasan (9496m). Its isnad is hasan. Jafar bin Maymun is considered acceptable by them, and the four compilers of the Sunan narrated from him. The hadith was narrated by Abu Dawud, 1/216 no. 819, in the chapter on Opening the Prayer, "One Who Omits the Recitation in His Prayer," and Tirmidhi, 2/121 no. 311, in the chapter on Prayer, "What Has Been Said About Omitting the Recitation Behind the Imam," and Bukhari with different wording, 2/242 (Fath).
