Its isnad is sahih, Abu Dawud (2574), Tirmidhi (1700) in the jihad chapter, who graded it hasan, Nasai (6/227), Ibn Majah (2878), Ibn Abu Shayba (12/502), and Tabarani in Al-Kabir (10/382) all narrated it.
