The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Were it not that I would impose hardship upon my community, I would have ordered them to use the tooth-stick along with every ablution."Abu Hurairah said, "I have been brushing my teeth before I sleep and after I wake, before I eat and after I eat, ever since I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say what he said."
حدثنا أبو العلاء الحسن بن سوار قال حدثنا ليث عن خالد بن يزيد عن سعيد بن أبي هلال عن عبد الرحمن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إن كان قاله لولا أن أشق على أمتي لأمرتهم بالسواك مع الوضوء وقال أبو هريرة لقد كنت أستن قبل أن أنام وبعد ما أستيقظ وقبل ما آكل وبعد ما آكل حين سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ما قال
