Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The strong believer is better, more excellent, and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though there is good in both. Strive for what benefits you, and do not give in to incapacity. If something overcomes you, say, 'Allah has decreed, and He does what He wills.' Beware of saying 'if only,' for 'if only' opens the way for Satan."

عن أبي هريرة قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ المؤمن القوي خير وأفضل وأحب إلى الله عز وجل من المؤمن الضعيف وفي كل خير احرص على ما ينفعك ولا تعجز فإن غلبك أمر فقل قدر الله وما شاء صنع وإياك واللو فإن اللو يفتح من الشيطان
