Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah 
said to me, 'Spend, and I will spend on you.'" And he called war deception.

Sahihوقال رسول الله ﷺ إذا انقطع شسع نعل أحدكم أو شراكه فلا يمش في إحداهما بنعل والأخرى حافية ليحفهما جميعا أو لينعلهما جميعا
This is a sahih hadith by virtue of the soundness of the manuscript, and it appears in the individual manuscript as number 38. The two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it through the route of the manuscript. It has already passed at length as number 7343, from the recension of Araj, but there it was in the form of a statement stopped at Abu Hurairah. We explained there that Malik narrated it as a marfu narration, in 916, from Abu Zinad, from Araj, from Abu Hurairah, and that Bukhari narrated it in 10:261–263 of Fath, and Muslim in 2:159 of the Bulaq edition, both of them through the route of Malik.
