The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that Allah said, "A vow brings the son of Adam nothing that I had not already decreed for him. Rather, the vow leads him to what I have decreed for him. By it something is drawn out of the miser, so that he gives Me thereby what he had never given Me before."
وقال رسول الله ﷺ نصرت بالرعب وأوتيت جوامع الكلم
This is sahih due to the authenticity of the manuscript, and it is from the individual manuscript numbered 37. Muslim [2:64–65 S / 1:147 Bulaq] narrated it through the route of the manuscript. It has already appeared at length through a route other than the manuscript at 7575 and 7620, and we explained, in the first of the two, the places of its narrations in Bukhari through a route other than that one as well.
