I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "May Allah destroy the Jews. They took the graves of their prophets as places of worship."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن خالد حدثنا رباح عن معمر عن الزهري أخبرني سعيد بن المسيب أن
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول قاتل الله اليهود اتخذوا قبور أنبيائهم مساجد
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari 1:444 [Fath] and Muslim 1:149 both narrated it through Malik from Zuhri, from Saeed bin Musayab, from Abu Hurairah. Its meaning has already been mentioned within hadith 7352, where we referred to it.
