Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Our Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, saying, 'Who is calling upon Me that I may answer him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him? Who is asking of Me that I may give him?'"

حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا معمر عن الزهري قال أخبرني أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن والأغر صاحب أبي هريرة أن

أبا هريرة أخبرهما

عن رسول الله ﷺ قال ينزل ربنا تبارك وتعالى كل ليلة حين يبقى ثلث الليل الآخر إلى السماء الدنيا فيقول من يدعوني فأستجيب له من يستغفرني فأغفر له من يسألني فأعطيه
