Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Hibban also narrated it, 2:229, in the manuscript of al-Ihsan, via Khalid bin Abdullah, who is al-Tahhan, from Abdul-Rahman bin Ishaq, with this isnad and wording. It will also come shortly after this from the narration of Suhayl bin Abu Salih from Abu Hurairah, with this same wording. It will also come shortly after this from the narration of Suhayl bin Abu Salih from Abu Hurairah, with this same wording.Muslim narrated it, 1:120, as did Abu Dawud, 1530 [1:562 of Awn al-Mabud], Tirmidhi, 1:353 no. 485 with our commentary, Nasai, 1:191, and Ibn Hibban, 2:229, in the manuscript of al-Ihsan, all of them via Ismail bin Jafar from Ala, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, with the wording, "May Allah bless him tenfold." So it appears from these narrations that Abu Hurairah narrated it with both wordings, and the meaning is close.Munziri mentioned it in al-Targheeb, 2:277, with the wording of Muslim's narration and those who narrated alongside him, then he mentioned the wording found here, attributing it to some of the wordings of Tirmidhi, which is a laxity on his part, for Tirmidhi only narrated it as we have mentioned, but he did mention both wordings together as a suspended addition, saying, "And it has been narrated from the Prophet that he said..."The addition of the word ["with it"] is from the two manuscripts K and M, and it is not mentioned in H.See also what has passed in the Musnad of Abdullah bin Amr, 6605, 6754.
