The Messenger of Allah ﷺ loved this surah, "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" [Ala 87:1].
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا إسرائيل عن ثوير بن أبي فاختة عن أبيه
كان رسول الله ﷺ يحب هذه السورة سبح اسم ربك الأعلى
Its chain of transmission is very daif, due to the weakness of Thuwayr bin Abu Fakhita.Hafiz bin Kathir mentioned the hadith in his Tafsir 9:176 and said, Ahmad alone transmitted it. Suyuti also mentioned it in Durr Manthur 6:337 and attributed it as well to Bazzar and Ibn Mardawayh, but none of them criticized it. Haythami mentioned it in Majma al-Zawaid 7:136 and said, Ahmad narrated it, and it contains Thuwayr bin Abu Fakhita, who is discarded as a narrator.
