Three men came to the Prophet ﷺ.One of them said, "Messenger of Allah, I had a hundred Dinars and I gave ten Dinars in charity from it."Another said, "Messenger of Allah, I had ten Dinars and I gave one Dinar in charity from it."The third said, "I had one Dinar and I gave a tenth of it in charity."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You are all equal in reward. Each of you has given a tenth of his wealth in charity."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا سفيان عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث
جاء ثلاثة نفر إلى النبي ﷺ فقال أحدهم يا رسول الله كانت لي مائة دينار فتصدقت منها بعشرة دنانير وقال الآخر يا رسول الله كان لي عشرة دنانير فتصدقت منها بدينار وقال الآخر كان لي دينار فتصدقت بعشره قال فقال رسول الله ﷺ كلكم في الأجر سواء كلكم تصدق بعشر ماله
Its chain of transmission is daif, due to the weakness of Harith Awar. The hadith is found in Majma al-Zawaid 3:111, which also attributes it to Bazzar, and faults it because of Harith.
