Ali bin Abu Talib reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A group of people will emerge among whom is a man with a deformed hand, or a stunted hand, or a defective hand. Were it not that you would become arrogant, I would tell you what Allah has promised, on the tongue of His Prophet ﷺ, to those who kill them."Ubayda said, I asked Ali , "Did you yourself hear this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"He replied, "Yes, by the Lord of the Kaabah. Yes, by the Lord of the Kaabah. Yes, by the Lord of the Kaabah."

حدثنا وكيع حدثنا جرير بن حازم وأبو عمرو بن العلاء عن ابن سيرين سمعاه عن عبيدة

عن علي رضي الله عنه قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ يخرج قوم فيهم رجل مودن اليد أو مثدون اليد أو مخدج اليد ولولا أن تبطروا لأنبأتكم بما وعد الله الذين يقتلونهم على لسان نبيه ﷺ قال عبيدة قلت لعلي رضي الله عنه أأنت سمعته من رسول الله ﷺ قال إي ورب الكعبة إي ورب الكعبة إي ورب الكعبة
