A servant girl of the Prophet ﷺ committed fornication, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered me to carry out the prescribed punishment on her. I went to her and found that she had not yet recovered from her postnatal bleeding, so I returned to him and informed him.He said, "When she has recovered from her bleeding, then carry out the punishment on her. Carry out the prescribed punishments on those whom your right hands possess."

أن خادما للنبي ﷺ أحدثت فأمرني النبي ﷺ أن أقيم عليها الحد فأتيتها فوجدتها لم تجف من دمها فأتيته فأخبرته فقال إذا جفت من دمها فأقم عليها الحد أقيموا الحدود على ما ملكت أيمانكم
Its chain of transmission is daif due to the weakness of Abdul-Ala Thalabi. It is a longer version of 679. "Ahdathat" means "she committed fornication," and this is a euphemism.
