The Prophet ﷺ gifted Kaab a fine garment, which Kaab then wore. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw it on him, he spoke about what hangs below the ankles and mentioned the Fire, going so far as to use very stern words concerning letting the lower garment trail down.

أن النبي ﷺ كساه حلة فلبسها فرآها رسول الله ﷺ فذكر أسفل من الكعبين وذكر النار حتى ذكر قولا شديدا في إسبال الإزار
