The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade qaza. Abdul-Samad explained that qaza refers to a patch of hair left on the head.
حدثنا عبد الصمد وأبو سعيد قالا حدثنا عبد الله بن المثنى حدثنا عبد الله بن دينار
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن القزع قال عبد الصمد وهي القزعة الرقعة في الرأس
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of 5548 with this same isnad. Its meaning has already occurred several times through other channels, the most recent being 6294.
