I asked Ibn Umar about the prayer during travel, and he said, "Two cycles."I said, "Then what about Allah's words, 'If you fear', while we are in a state of safety?"He replied, "It is the practice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ," or he said, "Such is the practice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
