He was sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when the Prophet said, "O Allah, forgive me and accept my repentance, for You are the Ever-Accepting of repentance, the Ever-Forgiving," until the one counting had counted on his hand a hundred times.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن يونس بن خباب حدثنا أبو الفضل أو ابن الفضل
أنه كان قاعدا مع رسول الله ﷺ فقال اللهم اغفر لي وتب علي إنك أنت التواب الغفور حتى عد العاد بيده مائة مرة
