Its isnad is very daif. It is a repetition of 530, and the discussion of it has already been given in detail. Its weakness is increased by the unnamed man from whom Ismail bin Ayyash narrated, who is Ishaq bin Abu Farwa, and he is the defect of the hadith. As for the teacher of Abdullah bin Ahmad, Yahya bin Uthman Harbi, he is trustworthy.
