The Prophet ﷺ said, "A person in the state of ihram during Muharram must not marry, nor give in marriage, nor propose."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن مالك حدثني نافع عن نبيه بن وهب
عن النبي ﷺ قال المحرم لا ينكح ولا ينكح ولا يخطب
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it is a repetition of 401, with its chain and wording. See also 462, 466, 492, 496, 535.
