He divorced his wife while she was menstruating, and Umar mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ. He said, "Order him to take her back, then divorce her when she is in a state of purity or pregnant."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا سفيان عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن مولى آل طلحة عن سالم بن عبد الله
أنه طلق امرأته في الحيض فذكر ذلك عمر للنبي ﷺ فقال مره فليراجعها ثم ليطلقها وهي طاهر أو حامل
Its chain of transmission is sahih. It is a repetition of 4799 with this same chain. It has already appeared in full and in abridged form with other chains, the last of them being 5164.
