Umar asked the Prophet ﷺ for permission to perform Umrah, and he granted him permission. The Prophet ﷺ said, "My brother, include us in your righteous supplications and do not forget us."Abdul-Razzaq said in his version of the hadith that Umar said, "I would not exchange those words for everything the sun rises upon."

أن عمر استأذن النبي ﷺ في العمرة فأذن له فقال يا أخي أشركنا في صالح دعائك ولا تنسنا قال عبد الرزاق في حديثه فقال عمر ما أحب أن لي بها ما طلعت عليه الشمس
Its chain is daif due to the weakness of Asim bin Ubaydullah bin Asim bin Umar bin Khattab. We have already noted his weakness in 128, and we will add here that Bukhari mentioned him in Daifa 28, saying, "His hadith is munkar," and that Ibn Abu Hatim gave his biography in Jarh wat-Tadil 1/3/347-348, narrating from Ibn Main who said, "Daif, his hadith is not to be relied upon," and from his father Abu Hatim who said, "His hadith is munkar, his hadith is confused, he has no hadith that can be depended upon." In Tahdhib, it is narrated from Shubah who said, "If Asim had been asked, who built the masjid of Basra, he would have said, so-and-so, from so-and-so, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he built it!" He is one of the few daif narrators from whom Shubah, Malik, and Thawri narrated. Nasai said, "We do not know of Malik narrating from any person who was daif and well known for being daif except Asim bin Ubaydullah, from whom he narrated one hadith."This hadith has already appeared in the Musnad of Umar bin Khattab, 195, by way of Shubah, from Asim, from Salim, from Abdullah bin Umar, from Umar. It appears that it belongs to the Musnad of Umar, and that here it is one of the mursal narrations of the companions.
