Hasan bin Hadiya reported,

I met Ibn Umar. Ishaq said, he asked me, "Where are you from?"I said, "I am from the people of Oman."He said, "From the people of Oman?"I said, "Yes."He said, "Shall I not tell you what I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"I said, "Of course."He said, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "I know a land called Oman, the sea splashes against its side," and Ishaq said, "along its coast lies the sea. A pilgrimage from there is better than two pilgrimages from elsewhere."

عن الحسن بن هادية قال

لقيت ابن عمر قال إسحاق فقال لي ممن أنت قلت من أهل عمان قال من أهل عمان قلت نعم قال أفلا أحدثك ما سمعت من رسول الله ﷺ قلت بلى فقال سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إني لأعلم أرضا يقال لها عمان ينضح بجانبها وقال إسحاق بناحيتها البحر الحجة منها أفضل من حجتين من غيرها
