A man purchased some palm trees that had already been pollinated by their previous owner, then disputed with him before the Prophet ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the fruit belonged to the owner who had pollinated them, unless the buyer stipulated otherwise.
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن عكرمة بن خالد المخزومي
أن رجلا اشترى نخلا قد أبرها صاحبها فخاصمه إلى النبي ﷺ فقضى رسول الله ﷺ أن الثمرة لصاحبها الذي أبرها إلا أن يشترط المشتري

Its isnad is sahih. Its meaning has already appeared at 4502 as a saying of the Prophet ﷺ, transmitted from Nafi from Ibn Umar, and its meaning has likewise already appeared at 4552 at greater length, transmitted from Salim from his father. Tirmidhi 2:241-242 mentioned Salim's narration and referred to Nafi's narration, then said, "Ikrima bin Khalid narrated from Ibn Umar from the Prophet ﷺ something similar to the hadith of Salim." This is a reference to this hadith.
