Abdullah bin Umar reported,

I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he began the prayer, raise his hands until they were level with his shoulders. He would do the same when he intended to bow, and after he raised his head from bowing.Sufyan once said, "And when he raised his head," but most often he would say, "And after he raised his head from bowing." He did not raise them between the two prostrations.

رأيت رسول الله ﷺ إذا افتتح الصلاة رفع يديه حتى يحاذي منكبيه وإذا أراد أن يركع وبعدما يرفع رأسه من الركوع وقال سفيان مرة وإذا رفع رأسه وأكثر ما كان يقول وبعدما يرفع رأسه من الركوع ولا يرفع بين السجدتين
