Its isnad is sahih. Husayn is Ibn Abdul-Rahman Sulami. The hadith appears in Majma al-Zawaid 5:27, where it is stated, "Ahmad and Bazzar related it," then he mentioned the wording of Bazzar, "and the men of both are the men of the Sahih." Something similar in meaning has already passed from the hadith of Ibn Abbas at 1924, 3234, 3499, and from the hadith of Ibn Abbas and Jabir at 2672.
