A man said to Ibn Umar, "May I circumambulate the House when I have entered the state of ihram for Hajj?"He replied, "There is no harm in that."The man said, "But Ibn Abbas forbade it."Ibn Umar answered, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ enter ihram for Hajj, then circumambulate the House and walk between Safa and Marwa."
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Bayan is Ibn Bishr Al-Ahmasi, whose reliability was established earlier at 878, and we add here that Bukhari mentioned him in Al-Kabir 2/1/133. Burah, with fatha on the waw and ba, is Ibn Abdul-Rahman Al-Musali, with damma on the meem, sukun on the seen, and kasra on the lam, whose reliability was established earlier at 1413, and Bukhari mentioned him in Al-Kabir 4/2/182, stating explicitly that he heard from Ibn Umar.
