The Prophet ﷺ said, "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock. The ruler who is over the people is a shepherd, and he is responsible for those under his care. A man is a shepherd over his household, and he is responsible. A woman is a shepherd over her husband's home, and she is responsible. A servant is a shepherd over his master's property, and he is responsible. So indeed, each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible."
حدثنا إسماعيل أخبرنا أيوب عن نافع
أن النبي ﷺ قال كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول فالأمير الذي على الناس راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته والرجل راع على أهل بيته وهو مسئول والمرأة راعية على بيت زوجها وهي مسئولة والعبد راع على مال سيده وهو مسئول ألا فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول
