Abdullah bin Masud reported,

Umm Habiba said, "Allah, let me enjoy the company of my husband, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, my father Abu Sufyan, and my brother Muawiya."The Prophet ﷺ replied, "You have asked Allah concerning fixed lifespans, allotted provisions, and footsteps already destined to be taken. Nothing among them is brought forward before its time, and nothing is delayed beyond its time. Had you asked Allah to grant you protection from the punishment of the Fire and the punishment of the grave, it would have been better for you."A man then asked, "Messenger of Allah, are monkeys and pigs among those who were transformed?"The Prophet ﷺ answered, "Allah never transformed a people or destroyed a people and then gave them offspring or a continuing line. Monkeys and pigs already existed before that."

عن عبد الله قال

قالت أم حبيبة اللهم متعني بزوجي رسول الله ﷺ وبأبي أبي سفيان وبأخي معاوية فقال النبي ﷺ إنك سألت الله لآجال مضروبة وأرزاق مقسومة وآثار مبلوغة لا يعجل منها شيء قبل حله ولا يؤخر منها شيء بعد حله ولو سألت الله أن يعافيك من عذاب في النار وعذاب في القبر كان خيرا لك قال فقال رجل يا رسول الله القردة والخنازير هي مما مسخ فقال النبي ﷺ إن الله عز وجل لم يمسخ قوما أو يهلك قوما فيجعل لهم نسلا ولا عاقبة وإن القردة والخنازير قد كانت قبل ذلك
