The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever asks for charity while he has no need of it will come on the Day of Resurrection with the asking marked as scratches on his face. Charity is not lawful for anyone who possesses fifty dirhams or their equivalent in gold."
حدثنا نصر بن باب عن الحجاج عن إبراهيم عن الأسود
قال رسول الله ﷺ من سأل مسألة وهو عنها غني جاءت يوم القيامة كدوحا في وجهه ولا تحل الصدقة لمن له خمسون درهما أو عوضها من الذهب
