Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down its cure." Affan once said, "without sending down a cure for it. Those who know it know it, and those who are ignorant of it remain ignorant."

حدثنا عفان حدثنا همام أخبرنا عطاء بن السائب أن أبا عبد الرحمن حدثه أن

عبد الله بن مسعود قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ ما أنزل الله عز وجل من داء إلا أنزل معه شفاء وقال عفان مرة إلا أنزل له شفاء علمه من علمه وجهله من جهله
