Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah opens the gates of heaven during the last third of the night, then descends to the lowest heaven and extends His hand, saying, 'Is there any servant who will ask of Me so that I may give to him?' This continues until the break of dawn."

عن النبي ﷺ قال إن الله عز وجل يفتح أبواب السماء ثلث الليل الباقي ثم يهبط إلى السماء الدنيا ثم يبسط يده ثم يقول ألا عبد يسألني فأعطيه حتى يسطع الفجر
