Abdullah bin Masud reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah 
has not sent down any disease without also sending down a cure for it. Some of you are ignorant of it, and some of you know it."

Hasanحدثنا عبد الله قال قرأت على أبي حدثنا علي بن عاصم أخبرني عطاء بن السائب قال أتيت أبا عبد الرحمن فإذا هو يكوي غلاما قال قلت تكويه قال نعم هو دواء العرب
قال عبد الله بن مسعود
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن الله عز وجل لم ينزل داء إلا وقد أنزل معه دواء جهله منكم من جهله وعلمه منكم من علمه

Its isnad is hasan, for Ali bin Asim was among those who heard from Ata bin Saaib late in his life. Abu Abdul-Rahman is Sulami. The hadith has already been mentioned, without the account of the cauterization, with sahih chains, the last of them being 4236.
